Who we are: InfraForge LLC is an IT and software-development company focused on solutions for federal, state, and local government contracting, alongside the organizations and businesses that support them. TellerMundo is our purchasing and record-keeping platform.

TellerMundo is an invitation-only pilot for purchasing oversight, budget visibility, and organized supporting records. We are looking to work with public-sector teams, contractors, nonprofits, and businesses to refine it around real operational needs.
It is not currently a replacement for a full ERP, general ledger, payroll service, tax-filing system, or government financial system. Bank, card, email, and ERP connections need their own configuration and testing. We agree on scope and readiness before promising a deployment.

How the work comes together.
Start with your team's daily process. Add outside connections as they are configured and tested for your organization.Your team
Members follow requests and review comments inside TellerMundo. The contact directory helps them reach one another, and Helpdesk keeps support conversations and status together.
Vendors & subcontractors
Your team records vendors and contracts, collects quotes, and keeps purchasing evidence with the request. Staff handle contact and ordering through their existing channels.
A dedicated subcontractor portal and automatic order delivery are future additions.
Other business systems
Import transactions from CSV files and export reports for your accounting process. The connector framework is ready for development and testing of specific integrations.
Live bank, card, accounting, and AI connections are not active. Workflow email also needs a configured delivery service.

Budgets, requests, orders, receipts, and reports belong to the organization. Each member's role controls the work they can access.
Organized member and client records
Members open My Records to upload documents, follow reviews, and find their own records. Authorized document admins in their organization can review and manage member and client files.
Client document vaults
Document admins can create and manage a separate record area for each financial client, including clients who do not have a TellerMundo login.
Your organization, each member, and each client have separate record areas within TellerMundo. Access follows the person's role and the record's assignment.
A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you sign in.
What will I see after signing in?
Your organization's portal, with the information and tasks your role allows. If you belong to more than one organization, you can switch between them. Authorized staff also have access to the administration workspace.
Can a subcontractor see our whole organization?
Recording a vendor or contract does not give that business a login. The pilot does not yet have access limited to a single vendor's jobs. Organization membership must be deliberately approved and its role reviewed before an outside person is enrolled.
Does a client vault create an account for my client?
No. A client vault is a record area managed by your organization's document admins. A login and organization membership are separate. Members can use their own member vault when their role allows it.
Does TellerMundo send emails or pay vendors automatically?
Request decisions and comments appear in the app. Email delivery needs a configured mail service. Staff place orders and make payments using their normal purchasing and banking systems, then record the activity in TellerMundo.
Where do I start if I am new?
Explore the fictional product tour or read the user guide. An invited pilot user can sign in to join a team, create a practice organization, or begin organization setup.
